Please note: Send inquiries about name badges only when you cannot see the prices in the price lists
(pdf files) or if you need an Offer in writing for formal
reasons.		   Therefor you can state the prices, which are stated in our price lists. These prices are the calculation base for our invoices.
  We don't take additional charges, you won't have any surprises.

The inquiry should contain the modell, the quantity,
the numbers of colours (mail file) and the kind o
fixation.
Of course we need your address and phone number. 		An order should contain:
  The correct delivery adress and invoice adress.
Costumers of the EU: VAT ID number
The order quantity, the modell, color in HKS or Pantone.
If you want us to identify the colour please note us
(no colour guarantee)
Kind of fixation.
We need the correct data file.

  When you mail us a draft, we take it as basis for the production. We won't make a new draft in this case.
If you don't provide a draft, we will design one and mail
to you for approval.
Special requests regarding the positioning of the logo
or similar should be noted too.
  We can use all of our engraving fonts for engraved name badges. Windows-PC fonts are only possible if we agree.
         
We need the names in a Word-file, non-consecutive numbering should be mailed in an excel file.
Please don't use punctation marks.
With standard industrial engraving, cloakroom tokens
without logo you won't recieve a galley proof.
We deliver within 10 - 14 days.
